Red Crucible is based on a fictional war between NATO and the Soviet Union in the early 1990s. Operation GROM is the Soviet offensive against NATO and most of the battles are fought on West German territory, and some eventually in other parts of Europe, including Eastern Europe. Operation GROM will be part of the first Red Crucible release and initially will have five maps.
